    Implement Your Core Values into Your Life

    We help you get down to what really matters to you.  Our goal is to lay the groundwork for our life vision and our feelings-based goals. We will explore exactly what our core values are.  We will talk about how to implement them into our daily lives.

    Topic 2:

    Create a Vision For Your Life

     Visualization, also called imagery, cannot only help you reach financial goals, but helps you reduce stress as well. It is used among healthcare professionals as an effective stress management tool. Studies have shown that novice surgeons who received imagery training demonstrated reduced self-reported stress and decreased objective stress. The same goes for police officers. If Surgeons and police officers can effectively use visualization to be awesome of course it can work for us! We will show you how to use visualization and affirmations to help you bring about changes in your self-image.

    Topic 3:

    Create Goals Based on How You Want to Feel

    In what areas do we need to create goals to support our desire to feel how we want to feel? First, it is important to know exactly what you want to live your best life.  So, we will spend time breaking down goals into 12 categories of life.  It is important to have a thorough picture of how you want to feel in each of the categories: Health and fitness, Intellectual life, Emotional life, Character, Spiritual life, Love relationships, Parenting vision, Social life, Financial life, Career, Quality of life, Life vision.

    Topic 4:

    Building Insight

    You will examine what is working and what is not working for you. You are going to spend some time evaluating patterns in your life that are not serving you.  You will learn a process of self-reflection to know if you are in alignment with your core beliefs.

    Topic 5:

    Get Off of Autopilot by Increasing Conscious Awareness to Live Intentionally

    We will discuss the ways in which we can increase mindfulness, insight, and conscious awareness. With an increase in awareness, you will have better insight into yourself, your relationships and general problem solving. We will also talk about some of the other main components of self-esteem.  You will learn how to increase each of these components as you begin to consciously make your way to your BEST LIFE!                                    

    Topic 6:

    Overcome Limiting Beliefs

    In this lesson we focus on identifying and overcoming limiting beliefs. We all have sets of beliefs about us that were created when we were children.  These beliefs were formed by often innocent things said by imperfect humans, such as, "you are such a messy person". It's hard to believe that we internalize these beliefs and subconsciously let them hold us back and sabotage our life to match these false beliefs. We are here to help you get free from the core beliefs that are interfering with your ability to live your best life!

    Topic 7:

    Confidence-Building the Skill

    Self-confidence is a skill that we must develop. On a daily basis we do things that undermines our confidence. We are often not aware of these small things we are doing to decrease of confidence. Learning the pillars of self-esteem can help us make choices that will stop harming our self-confidence and actually help us to have a healthy positive sense of self. 

    Topic 8:

    Stepping into Your Best Life Power-Assertive Communication and Body Language

    People develop different styles of communication based on their life experiences. Your style may be so ingrained that you're not even aware of what it is. People tend to stick to the same communication style over time. But if you want to change your communication style, you can learn to communicate in healthier and more effective ways. You can say the right things and use the right words, but if your body language conflicts with your spoken language, you might as well not have opened your mouth.  If you want your message to sound authentic, every aspect of your delivery must be congruent. So, this week we will work on verbal and non-verbal communication.

     

    Topic 9:

    Change Your Self-Image to Match Who You Are Now

    We will help you be on your way to a life in which you KNOW YOUR VALUE. We start with helping you identify, explore, and overcome self-image distortions.  You will gain insight into how these distortions restrict your success in all areas of life.  We will dive into the exact components of what makes up your self-esteem.  We will go over what each means for you and how to grow in each area.  You will leave with a newfound sense of self-worth and the tools you need to keep building the lifelong skill of confidence.

    Topic 10:

    Explore the 80/20 Rule to Simplify Your Life

    No matter what, keep in mind that there are only a certain number of minutes in an hour, hours in a day, and days in a week. We will do a life audit to help you examine more deeply what 20% of your work, then, produces 80% of your results?  When you learn how to properly apply the 80/20 rule to your life you will be able to make better decisions and fine tune your system for success.

    Topic 11:

    Get Rid of Energy Vampires and Bring in More Support

    You may shield yourself from a great deal of mental — and physical — suffering and preserve your energy by learning how to recognize and react to this toxic conduct.

    It’s important to surround yourself with people who uplift you and bring positivity in your life. People you can depend on help you to feel more secure with your place in the world. Secure enough to take risks and live the life you were meant to live. We will walk you through the steps to take to build such a support network. You've already taken the first step.

    Topic 12:

    Create Systems That Enforce a Best Life, Lifestyle.

    Plan your new process for success and don’t let others interfere. Take inventory and analyze what you’re currently doing. A system is a method, procedure, or routine which is created to carry out a repetitive activity in a strategic way. Systems can help you create the life you want.  In week four, you will go through your life and create a series of systems for areas where you are stuck, to help you change your life.
